Fast Food

Students find the nutritional information for their usual fast food meal. Then using that same fast food restaurant, plan a healthier ideal meal. This is a step by step worksheet. It can be used in a computer lab format or as whole group instruction. This is set up for an Interactive Notebook. The worksheets attached would be printed back to back. I use this in conjunction with Choose My Plate, Physical Activity, and Super Tracker as part of my Nutrition Unit.
